Accessing Business Page Management
To manage your business pages:
- Sign in to your TradieLink dashboard
- Navigate to Dashboard > Business Pages
- Or find "My Business Pages" in your main dashboard
Understanding Your Business Pages
Page Overview Display
Your business pages dashboard shows:
- Plan Information: Current subscription plan and tenant usage (e.g., "Ripper_basic plan • 1/1 tenants")
- Business Name: The name of each business page
- Tagline: Brief description or slogan (e.g., "Licensed Electrician")
- Contact Information: Phone number, location, and email address
- Status Tags: Visual indicators for Emergency, Licensed, and Insured status
- Created Date: When the page was first created
- Action Buttons: View Page, Share, Edit, and Delete options
Quick Stats Section
Monitor your overall presence with four key metrics:
- Total Pages: Number of business pages created
- Emergency Services: Pages offering emergency services
- Licensed: Pages with licensed status
- Insured: Pages with insurance coverage
Creating a New Business Page
Starting a New Page
- From the "My Business Pages" dashboard, look for the "Create New Page" or "Create New Tenant" button
- You'll be taken to the "Create Business Page" form with a live preview on the right
- The form is organized into several sections that you can fill out step by step
Business URL Setup
Business Name and URL:
- Business Name: Enter your official business name (e.g., "SparkPro Electrical")
- URL Slug: Automatically generated from your business name, but you can edit it
- Page URL: Your business page will be available at
https://trde.link/[your-slug]
- Slug Guidelines:
- Must be unique across all businesses
- Use only letters, numbers, and hyphens
- Make it shorter or more memorable if needed
Basic Information Section
Essential Business Details:
- Trade: Select or search for your trade from the dropdown
- Phone: Primary business contact (automatically formatted)
- Email: Professional email for enquiries
- ABN: Australian Business Number
- Service Areas: Where you operate (e.g., "Sydney, NSW")
- Insurance: Public liability details (e.g., "$10M Public Liability")
- Experience: Years of experience in your trade
- Emergency Callouts: Toggle if you offer emergency services
Contact Information Section
Multiple Contact Methods:
- Display Phone: Phone number as it appears to customers
- Phone Link: Direct calling link (tel: format)
- SMS Link: Text messaging link (sms: format)
- WhatsApp Link: WhatsApp contact link (wa.me format)
Business Logo Section
Logo Upload:
- Upload Method: Drag and drop or click to select
- Recommended Format: Square image, max 2MB
- Accepted Formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG
- Best Results: High-quality, square format with transparent background
Services Section
Adding Your Services:
- Service Title: Name of the service (e.g., "Emergency Callout")

When you click "Edit" on a business page, you'll access the same comprehensive form used for creation, but with all your current information pre-filled. The edit form includes:

- Business Information: Update business name (URL slug is read-only after creation)
- Basic Information: Modify trade, contact details, ABN, service areas, insurance, experience
- Contact Information: Update display phone and contact links
- Business Logo: Upload or change your logo
